What exactly is your engineering background?

• Specifically, we do not have an answer to this FAQ. Tejas is a Mechanical Engineer presently undertaking Post-Graduation in Material Science and Engg. He has done projects ranging from Numerical Modeling of Liquid Propulsion Rocket Engines to Design of Large Scale Air-Conditioning Systems. We have consultant engineers with background in Electronics, Electrical and Computer Science. We can meet any of your needs.

Is your marketing projects always successful?

• Let's put it this way. We first analyse your product for market value and demand and only then start its marketing. If we don't believe a campaign can benefit the sales of the product or sevice, we tell you before-hand. nowadays, most manufacturers consult with us in the design stage itself to mould the product to maximum market suitability, which makes the marketing work just a routine process. We design great. :)

How much is your average turn around time for a project?

• It depends on the service niche and level of excellence the client is looking for. Typically security audits are finished in 4 days, while urgent orders are fulfilled even earlier in stages to facilitate immediate installation. Design projects take longer which Search Engine Optimization and Marketing works take weeks to months as it is a Wait and Reform work type.

Will you provide with periodic status updates on our projects, especially on ones that involve large durations?

• Of course we will. We have a portal for clients where each client has access and can see their project's or order's status. This is a secured section and only User-Pass Login will provide that information, so that you can and only you, can see it. It also carries the support system.

All this seems wonderful, and too good to be true. Is this a scam?
